Stephen Watson believes he was being covertly harassed with Active Denial, pain inducing directed energy weapons developed by defense contractors like Raytheon, the National Institute of Justice - the research arm of the DoJ, and the dark world of intelligence contractors into "threat mitigation." He also determined he was watch-listed when interacting with police and law enforcement who is either directly or indirectly involved. Some TI's (targeted individuals) have speculated about Fusion Centers. When trying to protest or get into activism he encountered what he determined to be controlled opposition or marginalization efforts where TI's decribing directed energy attack are considered delusional or shunned by politicians and the media. News of the Havana Syndrome and compensation for state department employees affected under Joe Biden made the news but TI's were still ignored, swept under the rug.
